How do I know if this is for me?
If your goal is lifelong financial independence or generational wealth for your heirs, and you expect to reach there through a process (not overnight with no capital or credit), we share the same investment philosophy.
What is required of me to work with you?
▪A minimum of $140,000 to invest,
▪A pre-approval for $450,000 from a Nevada licensed lender.
▪Take our free training (total 2 hours in two sessions). We want you to have a high-level understanding of investing and the analytics we provide. We do not send MLS data sheets.
▪Accept our buyer brokerage representation agreement
What's your fee?
There is no upfront fee from you. Our fee is a commission of 2.5% of the gross sales price, plus a $610 transaction fee. In nearly every case the seller, not our client (you), paid our commission. Out of more than 570 properties we’ve closed, clients have only contributed to our compensation six or eight times. In all other transactions, the seller paid our commission. And, if a seller is unwilling to cover our commission, we move on to another property—there are always other opportunities.
