There is no upfront fee from you. Our fee is a commission of 2.5% of the gross sales price, plus a $610 transaction fee. In nearly every case the seller, not our client (you), paid our commission. Out of more than 570 properties we’ve closed, clients have only contributed to our compensation six or eight times. In all other transactions, the seller paid our commission. And, if a seller is unwilling to cover our commission, we move on to another property—there are always other opportunities.
